Mr. Meyer is the founder of STR and has been President since 1985. Mr. Meyer provides program oversight to all major STR projects, including on-the-ground strategic support and relationship management for STR-Grants’ work with the State of Louisiana Road Home program and the Louisiana Land Trust, a nonprofit formed to manage residential properties acquired by the State as part of its post-Hurricane Katrina recovery efforts. Prior to founding STR, he was with the BDM Corporation (“BDM”) where he started as a staff member in 1975, subsequently becoming a Vice President.
Mr. Meyer earned a B.S. in Mathematics from Carroll College in 1967, and an M.S. in Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology in 1969. Upon graduation from Carroll College, Mr. Meyer was commissioned through the U.S. Air Force Officer Training School and spent eight years in various Air Force staff officer assignments.
Mr. Thalluri is a talented Enterprise Software Development professional with seven years of Technical Management and 11 years of product solution architecture, design and development experience. He has managed large development teams in innovative and fast-paced environments and facilitated strong working relationships with vendors and teaming partners for delivering integrated solutions. Suresh has also initiated and established various process improvement approaches to streamline and better control SDLC and has a deep understanding of emerging technologies and business fit analysis.

Mr. Fries joined STR in 2004 as General Manager for the eGrantsPlus® software application. In 2005, he was promoted to Chief Financial Officer for STR, L.L.C. and each of the subsidiaries. Prior to joining STR, Mr. Fries was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial and Administrative Officer for MARC Global Holdings, Inc. from 2000 to 2004, where he was responsible for the global management of all financial and administrative functions for this $26 million software product and solutions firm.
Mr. Fries graduated with a BBA in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame, and an MBA from the University of Maryland. Prior to joining MARC Global Holdings, Mr. Fries had worked for TRW, Inc. and its predecessor company, BDM International, Inc., where he progressed through increasing levels of management responsibility from 1978 through 2000.
